Allison Keller
Using a sublime intertwining of fantasy and reality, science and magic, and an exploration of the unknown; Alison Keller uses her art to delve into the furthest reaches of the imagination to bring forth creatures both spectacular, and terrifying. As a child, she was enthralled with books and documentaries about the natural and paranormal worlds. She remembers very specifically looking through a giant encyclopedia of animals, and just drawing them, morphing them into unfathomable monsters.
Though ideas have changed, skills are constantly developing, and philosophy has found its way to the forefront of the imagery, Alison finds herself continuing to explore the melding of science with fantasy.
Come and create fantasy characters through the weekend in the IncrediKids Zone with Alison and see where your imagination can take you!
